The Restaurant “La Sosta del Gusto”
In the last few years, our young dynamic family has created wine companies in different parts of Italy (especially Sardinia and Maremma). We now produce over 15 different wines, extra virgin olive oil and saffron. In 2006, we decided to present, together with a young chef full of fantasy and creativity, all of these products “under one roof” and we established our new restaurant, LA SOSTA DEL GUSTO where you can taste all of our wines (also served by the glass), combined with different dishes studied by the chef and suggested to you by a competent professional sommelier. It is a place where you can enjoy the science of food and wine, in a unique ambiance located in some old farmer’s cellars.
The restaurant is open every day (except Wednesdays) for lunch and dinner. It is a smaller yet quaint size, ideal for romantic dinners and small ceremonies like weddings, anniversaries, small private parties, first communions, and baptisms.
